Thanks to its early collection and cold processing, this is an extra virgin olive oil with a fruity flavour of green Arbequina olives and hints of ripe olives. Its aroma contains notes of green almonds, apple and ripe fruits. It provides a sweet flavour for the palate, highlighting fluidity, with a slight spicy bitterness.

Hojiblanca monovarietal, harvested early and cold extracted. Green olive leaf flavour with hints of apple and artichoke, specific to the Estepa Denomination of Origin region, which certifies its high quality. Sustainable cultivation certification of Integrated Production. High vitamin E content. Best consumed raw, for seasoning cooked vegetables, grilled fish and in marinades.
