Baked pork ribs

To start peeling the potatoes and cut into 1 cm slices. thick, fried, are placed in a tray or baking pan covering the bottom and put some extra virgin olive oil.

Place the ribs cut into strips on the potatoes and water with the rest of the oil and white wine; put the salt, oregano and a pinch of ground pepper. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, and put them to bake for 60 minutes, 30 byeach side (you can go looking without opening the oven, because it would lower the temperature); if they are well roasted they can be removed prematurely.

Ingredients (4-5 people):

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 700 g. of patatos
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil Estepa Virgen
  • Oregano Ground pepper and salt

 

NOTE: Usually, the baking time in the meats goes in relation to the weight of the meat, ie 1 kilogram of meat-1 hour of cooking and in the fish the times are reduced by half or less. Needless to say if the ribs are Iberian pork will be more juicy and tasty.

Virgin extra recommended: Estepa Virgen, as it gives a unique touch to the baked and in addition its fragrance is distributed to perfection throughout the dish.
